Annmarie Fairweather has been the Chief Human Resources Officer for Learning Ally since 2008. She is responsible for all of our processes for People, People Management and Talent Management as well as the development of culture. Annmarie is a veteran of 30 years in the field of Human Resources leader. She worked across industries and with teams of leaders to achieve objectives for business, particularly in times of rapid changes and expansion. She has been a key partner in transforming human and business strategies into goals and strategic objectives for companies and plans have been a part of organizational and performance planning as well as employee engagement, and change management. She loves learning and sees the development of leaders and teams as the most competitive advantages. Her extensive experience in medium and small-sized businesses along with Fortune 500 organizations in developing and coaching leaders with demonstrated results and successful outcomes created organizational cultures that embodied changes and learning that positively affect groups and companies. In addition, Annmarie has a desire to devote her energy and time to supporting the Learning Ally mission, she currently provides support to several non- profit organizations in her free time. As part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee Annmarie has committed her time and talents to assisting Learning Ally's mission.
