Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant as well as a model. At 16, she started taking part in fitness competitions, following the end of gymnastics. At the age of 17, she won her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. At 16, she started taking part in fitness events following her decision to quit gymnastics. Within a year she could earn her Pro Card aged 17. This made her one of the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. When she was awarded her Pro Card, Ariel took six years off the stage in order to complete her university education. Then she came back in the year 2015 and carried on from the point where she had left taking part in elite contests like the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. After her first show for a few years, setting bigger targets each year. By the end of 2009 she had won four fitness titles. Also, she became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) when she won in 2009 the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel took 6 years to complete her degree following her Pro Card award. The IFBB Fitness Pro debut took place at the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. The athlete placed 3rd in the competition. In summer 2016, she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, she appeared on the stage at the Olympia in which she won 6th place for the Fitness Division. Ariel acknowledges that she didn't have any expectations. The athlete was satisfied by her performance. In light of the fact that she had to compete against some of the top competitors. Ariel is getting stronger every year. Ariel is a fan of working her back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm pulldowns using lats, and pullups using the machine and bent-over rows. First, she warms up prior to moving onto work out sets. Also Ariel is known to make use of her time in the most efficient way possible. Supersetting all of the exercises back into three to four 10- 12 repetition supersets is exactly what she does.
